Palak / Spinach Muthiya steamed & sautéed✅????????Easy Peasy Recipe goes like this????????Wash & finely chop the spinach add grated ginger , garlic , chopped green chillies to it .
????????Also add salt , cumin & ajwain seeds as per taste
????????2 tablespoon of Besan ( gram flour ), mix well .
????????Make small balls by rolling with hand
???????? steam cook ???????? for 10 min
????????sauté in 1 teaspoon ghee tempered with white sesame seedI love this filling snack as my breakfast super rich in Iron , Vitamin & Mineral.
