Healthy Grape Slush

Feeling so humbled with response from you all to everything I post .
Thank you so much for the faith you all have in me, it makes me feel jittery at times but gives me the much needed confidence about real foods being the real choice of people around.
About my tribe that’s growing !!!Since summers have kicked in & Ramdan is going on , i thought of posting some healthy drink options which not only helps in better gut & digestion but is also a fun way to add antioxidant like vit C & flavonoids .
Here’s the quick recipe
1 cup grapes
1/2 inch grated ginger
1/4 of a juicy lemon
Salt & black pepper added according to taste but don’t skip ( that’s what adds ZING to this)
All goes in the tall jar of grinder for just one whip with 1/2 cup of water
Don’t grind it much as its a slush (with pulp & skin softened floating in drink ), we don’t want to juice it ,to lose bioavailability of nutrients.Pour the slush in a glass add few ice cubes if you want & its ready !!!Quick tip : you can do the same with watermelon or pear pulp as well.
To add more fun to this drink while formally serving to your family & friends add just 20 ml of plain soda water to each glass & a healthy mock tail is ready.Take care you all and yes we will be upskilling ourselves in this difficult time. Whether it is baking bread or upgrading my knowledge thru online CME’s ( yes I did my homework on sourdough ) once it turns out well , i will share the recipe here .
